Refund & Exchange Policy


We hope you love any order you make and receive from us. If for some unfortunate reason this is not the case, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please check below if you meet our requirements to qualify.

Refunds and Returns: You qualify for a refund if you meet these requirements. Get in touch with us no later than 14 days after receiving your product. Your product/s must not be damaged in anyway or have been used (chalk or finger marks must not be visible). Your product/s must be in its original packaging and if applicable, all original tags are still in place.

Any refund is up to our discretion, by us at Dragon Holds. You will need to receive full confirmation from us at Dragon Holds before sending any product/s back.
All incurred costs that may arise from returning your product/s, is paid for by you the customer. Dragon Holds is not liable for any return costs. 

Once we have received your returned product/s and checked that is has indeed met all refund criteria above. We will issue your refund on the same day.

Exchanges: We will offer exchanges on any product/s, that may have unfortunately suffered a manufacturing fault or that has suffered damage in transit and upon arrival. If any of these occurrences have taken place. Notify us immediately, along with photographs. 

Any exchange is up to our discretion, by us at Dragon Holds. You will need to receive full confirmation from us at Dragon Holds before sending any product/s back.
All incurred costs that may arise from exchanging your product/s, is paid for by you the customer. Dragon Holds is not liable for any return costs.
